Several of the industry’s strongest trademarks under new profile

VBG GROUP – THE NEW COLLECTIVE CONCEPT Listed on the stock exchange, VBG GROUP has long been one of the leading players on the global market for truck equipment with a solid reputation for quality and sensitivity to its customers.

Several new companies and trademarks have been acquired in recent years, and this expansion continues. As part of the strategy for growth a new and more explicit name structure with VBG GROUP at the forefront has been introduced, to further simplify communication with the market.

STRONGER ROLES FOR THE TRADEMARKS IN NEW BUSINESS AREA

In the truck sector VBG GROUP interacts with the trademarks VBG, Ringfeder, OnSpot, Edscha Trailer Systems, Sesam and Armaton. They will now have the same status in the business area VBG GROUP TRUCK EQUIPMENT.

‘An important objective of the new structure has been to give all the trademarks the best possible prospects of developing on the market. With six independent trademarks under the joint group concept their status will be reinforced, while at the same time they will obtain maximum pulling power from the strength of the VBG name on the market,’ explains Howard Ostle, Marketing Manager for VBG GROUP SALES LTD in the UK.

Most of the group’s wholly-owned European sales companies have changed their names to VBG GROUP SALES, with local supplementary designations. A new sales company for the Benelux countries has also been established, with its head office in Beringen in Belgium.
