Multi
The VBG Multi Drawbar is made from a small number of parts, is light-weight and yet strong, and fits trailers with c/c dimensions of between 980 /1100/1200/1300 mm.
Potential drawbar lengths vary between 1,200 – 3,000 mm in steps of 50 mm.
The installation procedure is simple and no welding is necessary – installation is done by means of bolted joints.

The drawbar consists of:
1 Front slider incl. bolt kit
2 Sidemembers
1 Rear crossmember incl. bolt kit
(only performance D: 179 kN)
2 Rear brackets with fitted Vibra blocks (Ø 32 mm) or
Briab brackets incl. bolt kit
2 Mounting plates
Easy to install
The complete drawbar is assembled with bolted joints. No welding is necessary. To simplify installation there is a special centring device, which is fixed in the drawbar eye.
Flexible
The drawbar can be adapted to most vehicle combinations. With only a small number of standard units it is possible to achieve drawbar lengths from 1,200 – 3,000 mm (see table) and c/c dimensions of 980/1100/1200/1300 mm.
Surface treated
The drawbar is treated with a basic zinc-manganese phosphatising process and has a topcoat with a high finish and first-rate resistance to corrosion.
Several alternatives
The drawbar can be fitted with either Vibra blocks or Briab brackets for attachment to the trailer. Three different dimensions of drawbar eyes are available: VBG Ø 57 mm, ISO Ø 50 mm and DIN Ø 40 mm.
