Protective beams
VBG supplies protective beams made of either aluminium or steel.

The aluminium beams are anodized and fitted with attachments for splash protection, they are also available in versions with fitted reflector strips. The steel beams are supplied as standard with basic zinc manganese phosphatisation and a high-finish top coat and good corrosion resistance.
The beams are available in various lengths for a variety of vehicles and frame widths.
All combinations of VBG’s underrun protection comply with the dimensions and strength requirements in EU Directive 70/221/EEC, including the supplement 2006/20/EC. *
